These SMS Terms and Conditions govern conversational text messages sent by Lighthouse Technology Services employees using Microsoft Teams.
Lighthouse Technology Services uses SMS for low-volume, one-to-one business communications with individuals who have agreed to communicate by text. Messages may concern technical support, service requests, appointments, meetings, scheduling, project coordination, and responses to recipient inquiries.
SMS messages are not used for unsolicited bulk marketing.
By providing your mobile telephone number and affirmatively agreeing to communicate with Lighthouse Technology Services by SMS, you consent to receive conversational text messages related to your request or business interaction.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Message frequency varies depending on your request, service activity, and conversation with Lighthouse Technology Services.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s rates and terms apply to messages sent and received.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. After sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation and will receive no further SMS messages from that telephone number unless you opt in again.
