Mark Rizzo, Systems Administrator
Mark brings, most recently, 6 years of managed services experience to Lighthouse’s growing IT Managed Services team. Mark’s prior experience also includes 5 years in a Senior Technician role with Apple, at their Genius Bar. As Lighthouse continues its growth in serving the Buffalo SMB community with modern technology support, Mark will play a key role in shaping the development of that service.
Rick Hawley, Director of IT Services
Rick has been with Lighthouse for over 7 years and has 30+ years of industry experience. Clients working with Rick would say he’s a “go-to guy” whenever they have trouble, and his response is quick, kind and effective! Rick has many areas of expertise including: Network risk assessments, vulnerability testing, business continuity and disaster recovery, data networking, internet access, hosting services, VOIP services, PC clean up, network design, IP configuration, routers, security camera systems and software installation.
