Staffing and Recruiting

My ticket was resolved quickly and on the very first try. Great job guys! Pete

From my very first interaction with the Lighthouse team (Linda and Brenda) it was clear they were incredibly professional, courteous, and experts in the local market. They took the time to understand my background, offered honest advice on the best-fit roles, and empowered me to make the final decision on which opportunities to pursue. When the right position finally opened up, they helped me secure exactly what I was looking for. I couldn't be happier in my new role!

Lighthouse is also quick with friendly, prompt, and effective responses to our day-to-day issues. They are also a crucial strategic partner in our expansion and evolution to the newest and most secure use of tech possible. Ray Hammel, Partner/VP/CFO Buffalo Rehab Group

My Lighthouse Experience We (ECC IT Advisory Committee) had the pleasure of hosting Mike Mommertz during our Fall 2025 Speak IT event, where he spoke about jobs, resumes, preparing for internships, networking, and more. He delivered a real-world, tough-love message about what it takes to truly be ready for the technology world. His session drew the largest number of student registrations for a virtual event—49 in total—a new record for others to aim for. Way to go, MM! Many students were so inspired that they asked for his contact information to connect with him one-on-one, and Mike generously offered them time from his busy calendar. We are grateful for his commitment and the tremendous value he brought to our students. Thank you, Mike! Mike, please accept this testimonial as my “High Five” to you—you continue to inspire everyone you speak to. Theron Howard IT Advisory Committee Chair

We have had an excellent experience working with the Lighthouse team. Every interaction with every team member (Brenda, Joe, Bill and all!) has been highly professional. They've interviewed and worked with our students in a variety of ways and given great feedback as our students enter the workforce. And, they have orchestrated the hiring of one of our graduates so far. Great organization with highly skilled professionals. We are thrilled to partner with Lighthouse! Brianna Hodge reassured me she would help me find other opportunities if it didn't work out with the initial role I applied for.. She helped me get the job by preparing me for my interview and continued to check on my comfortability in the role after I let her know I got hired. If I don't get my contract extended I'm sure she could do it again.
